签收文件
所有文件经由线上发布之后，接收人员需要打开PLM系统，==在 企业知识库 → 收发管理 → 我收到的发布 中进行签收==
双击未签收的记录，可以打开发布详情，在里面可以看到发布的文件，点击 签收 后才能选择文件，用 打开 按钮将其打开
签收记录
所有的发布都有签收记录，可以双击已经签收的记录，将其打开查看该记录的详情内容
