全局查找
全局查找功能可用于在系统中查找 文档 或 物料
查找文档
查找文件，需要设置 类型 为 文档，这样输入名称后，可以在整个系统中查找所有符合条件的文档（无论是文档工作区、归档区还是发布区的文件都可以找到）
查找物料
若想查找的不是文档，而是 物料，则设置 类型 为 物料，通过名称、物料编码或者规格都可以搜索到要找的物料（无论是物料工作区还是标准物料库的物料都可以找到）
定位
找到文档或物料后，若想知道这个文档或物料存放在哪个文件夹下，可以对文件或物料右键，选择 定位
定位 后，系统会自动跳转到这个文档或物料所在的文件夹
