# 签收文件

所有文件经由线上发布之后，接收人员需要打开PLM系统，==在 **企业知识库** → **收发管理** → **我收到的发布** 中进行签收==

||
双击未签收的记录，可以打开发布详情，在里面可以看到发布的文件，点击 **签收** 后才能选择文件，用 **打开** 按钮将其打开
|

文件只有发布给你，你在 **我收到的发布** 里签收了，留下了签收记录，才能在 **文档发布区** 里查看到这份文件
