签收文件存在哪？
所有文件经由线上发布后，接收人员需要先 签收 文件（签收操作见 “ 签收文件 ” 操作指南）
签收后，在 企业知识库 → 文档发布区 可以查找到这份文件
怎么找
如果不知道这份文件具体存放在哪个文件夹当中，只知道文件的名称，那么==请先点击 “ 文档发布区 ” 再点击 搜索==
在搜索页面，名称 一栏中输入要查找文件的名称，然后点击 立即搜索 即可（不写全也可以搜索到）
定位
找到文件后，若想知道这份文件存放在哪个文件夹下，可以对文件右键，选择 定位
定位 后，系统会自动跳转到这份文件所在的文件夹
