签收文件
所有文件经由线上发布之后，接收人员需要打开PLM系统，==在 企业知识库 → 收发管理 → 我收到的发布 中进行签收==
双击未签收的记录，可以打开发布详情，在里面可以看到发布的文件，点击 签收 后才能选择文件，用 打开 按钮将其打开
文档发布区
文件只有发布给你，你在 我收到的发布 里签收了，留下了签收记录，才能在 文档发布区 里查看到这份文件
