# 介绍

修改项目工期，指的是对已经创建出来的项目实例，去修改项目的工期

需要在 **项目管理** → **项目跟踪** → 选择项目 → 选择项目的某个任务，右键选择 **变更任务日程** 选项

选择要调整变更的任务，修改其 **计划工期** 即可，修改完成后，**计划结束时间** 会自动变更（如无变动，则点击 **重新计算** 按钮）

调整完成后点击 **执行变更** 按钮即可
